Born in Munich in 1984, Antonia Schreiber had her first harp lessons at the age of 11. She studied at the Munich Music Academy, from which she graduated with distinction. She furthered her artistry with master courses with Isabelle Moretti, Sarah O’Brien and Germaine Lorenzini until 2010. From 2008 to 2011 she played at the Vienna State Opera and with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. She received a scholarship and joined the Orchestra Academy of the Munich Philharmonic and the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra.

As a soloist Antonia Schreiber performed with orchestras such as the Braunschweig State Orchestra and the MDR Leipzig Radio Symphony Orchestra. She is also devoted to chamber music: she has been playing with violinist Ingolf Turban since 2009. Antonia Schreiber is a founding member of the Auros Trio (2010).
She is involved in contemporary music as well, having premiered works of such composers as Wolfram Buchenberg and Harrison Birtwistle.

Antonia Schreiber has won numerous prizes at international competitions. She has been supported by foundations like the Villa Musica Mainz and the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben. Since 2011 she teaches master classes at the Bratislava Conservatoire in Slovakia. In 2013 she was the first solo harpist at the Gürzenich Orchester in Cologne.
