Postage Options

Pricing, Tax, Postage & Packing

All prices are in GB pounds (£) and exclude postage and packing. The prices displayed include UK tax (VAT), for delivery within the European Union.

A charge will be made for post and packing:

UK = £2.00 flat rate within UK for orders under £20, Free for orders over £20
Europe = £3.50 per item, £1 extra for each additional item
World = £4.00 per item, £1 extra for each additional item

Despatch

We  aim to despatch all orders within 3 days of purchase. An order of multiple items will normally be shipped on the despatch date of the latest item.

If we are unable to get your product out within this timeframe, we will keep you informed of delays by email.

Estimated delivery times are:

UK destinations: 1-2 days
 EU destinations: 3-6 days
 Non EU destinations: 3-8 days
 Rest of the World Zone 1: 5-7 days
 Rest of the World Zone 2: 10-15 days

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you by e-mail and credit your Paypal account with the full amount charged.

Full refunds, including postage, will be made in the unlikely event that a product is received in an unsatisfactory condition. However, in this instance the product must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.
